We went to Fu Shin street market in Tai Po centre to choose decoration for our classroom in preparation for Chinese New Year. The students picked which red envelopes and other decorations to display in the classroom.

We even bought a gorgeous rotation candy jar with special new year’s candy for the classroom. To finish off we went to the library to research and learn about this wonderful historical local tradition.
